Shipping Policy

- Fully insured packages will be done by OMEROS® before garment/garments ships. All packages will be a “signature required” for OMEROS® to ensure the insurance of the garment and delivery.
New York State: Free ground shipping in NYS, all counties.
Out of State in Continental U.S. (Hawaii, Alaska does not qualify): $100 shipping credit for all new clients for Suits or Sport Jackets. $50 credit for each future sale/purchase for that existing client.
Return Policy
- We fully stand, 100%, behind our work and any/all claims for return or refund must be approved by OMEROS® BEFORE you may return an order.
- No made to measure orders will be accepted for return or credit unless prior approval by OMEROS® in writing.
- For your protection, OMEROS® will photograph all orders before expediting to assure against defects or damage.
